That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Power Max.
Well Max has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

and Dominiguez counters with a nice uppercut that drops Day onto his backside! Day bounces straight back to his feet before we have a chance to even start the count. He'll get the standing 8 count anyway before we get back underway.#ROC#

McKane throws a body kick that misses.
McKane takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
McKane only half commits to the counter leg kick.
McKane on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
Day dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on McKane. That did some damage!
McKane slips a jab and a cross from Day.
Day definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
McKane feints and then cracks Day's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Day down.

We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that McKane has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.

That was a close round but I would say that Julian Day will probably get the nod.

McKane cracks Day with a perfect right hand that drops him to the mat! Day is sitting up but I can't see if he's OK from my position. The referee's count has reached 5,6,7 and Day is still not up. Can he make it? 8,9, he's up! Wow, he cut that one a bit fine!
Oh Day is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
McKane attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.
McKane and Day are patiently standing in front of each other looking for an opening. McKane throws a head kick. It's landed, knocking Day into next week! Ooooh that was huge! McKane knows it - he's on the ropes flexing is biceps. That's a bit weird considering he won by kick but whatever.

Seaworth tries to sprawl but Day drives through with a takedown into half guard.
Seaworth makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Seaworth.
Seaworth is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. #REVR#
Seaworth winds up and cracks Day with a swinging punch to the side of the head.
Seaworth seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Seaworth is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Day looks calm but he's in trouble here. Seaworth gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Day is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Seaworth lets go of the hold and Day can pop his arm back in it's socket.
