Day with a lazy takedown attempt
and Jones counters with a lovely straight right hand!
A big right from Jones misses.
It looked like Day was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.
Day with a poor takedown
and Day takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Day takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
A swing and a miss from Jones.
Jones is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Day.
It looked like Day was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Jones.
Day misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Day throws a sloppy head kick
and Jones counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Jones slips under a jab from Day.
Day takes one on the button.
Day takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Jones fakes a right and follows up with a big left that drops Day to one knee - oooooh, he's wobbly! Day looks to clinch but Jones throws him off and pummels him into the canvas! Day taps out under the strikes! The fight is over!

Barry Jones seemed lost for words in his post fight interview but he remembered to thank his fans and directed everyone to his website.
In defeat, Charles Day stepped up to the mic, saying 'Sometimes my thoughts get all mixed up in my head and I don't fight so good.'.

Jones gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Strange to score an easy takedown into full guard.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Jones can do anything to dispel that myth.

A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Jones holds on and takes a little breather.
Jones can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Strange controls the pace.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

Macias throws a head kick that misses.
Jones swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
Macias shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Jones defends it nicely.
Jones lands a really nice looking cross but Macias seems unphased.
Jones throws a jab but it's blocked by Macias.
Jones circles and sees the opportunity to plant his feet and throw a really nice straight left hand that drops Macias to the canvas! Macias doesn't know where he is but he's trying to survive - Jones keeps piling on the pressure and forces the referee to step in! This one is aaaaaall over!

It looks like Sean Herrera has been cut.
Jones cracks Herrera with a big right hand that sees him stumbling back against the cage! Herrera falls to his knees and Jones doesn't need a second invitatation - he rushes in and fires off several unanswered shots that force the referee to stop the fight! This one is all over!
