Swanson feints and as Hays raises his hands in defense, Swanson changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Swanson slips nicely into half guard.
Swanson trying to mount his opponent but Hays defends it.
Hays lands one or two decent shots to the body here. Although from his own half guard, he's not going to be causing too much damage.
Swanson trying to control the action but Hays is working from the bottom.
Hays tries to roll over but Swanson keeps him under control.
Swanson seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Hays does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Hays has momentary wrist control but Miller slips an elbow through the middle.

Miller looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Hays with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Jacob Miller decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
