Kickchida misses with a knee to the head.
Nelson is trying to break the clinch but Kickchida has him pressed against the cage.
Nelson is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.
Nelson jumps guard but Kickchida turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.
Kickchida lands a knee to the body.

Nelson has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Kickchida should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Nelson has tightened it up now! Kickchida should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!

Kickchida throws a head kick that misses.
Kickchida looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.#TD2#
Excellent takedown into side control there by Van Der Merwe.
Kickchida knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Van Der Merwe on the ground.
Van Der Merwe is moving around in side control but his primary objective seems to be to maintain the position. #SUB2#
Van Der Merwe has hold of Kickchida's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Kickchida tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Van Der Merwe cranks the arm and Kickchida screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Kickchida, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
