A big left from Mcbeth misses.
Ira Mcbeth seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Mcbeth bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Mcbeth slows the pace down.
Mcbeth in side control lands a decent elbow.
Duffy is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Duffy flails away from the bottom but he's not doing any damage.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Mcbeth scores with a big shot! Duffy's head bounced off the canvas with a huge thud! More strikes land and the referee has jumped in to save Duffy! He was hurt real bad - good stoppage!

Mcneil gets caught flat footed, as Mcbeth shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Mcneil throwing some rather feeble looking strikes off his back.
Mcbeth content to stall in guard here.
Mcneil wants to get back to his feet but Mcbeth is in a dominant position and won't allow it.

Mcneil has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
