Rowland breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Rowland tries to keep at a distance but Po has taken the fight into the clinch.
Po landing knees to the body.
Rowland tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Po just stands there and leans against the cage.
Rowland drops down looking for an ankle pick but Po pulls his leg out and moves away.

Po has Rowland up against the cage in a clinch.
Po is looking to control Rowland's arms but Rowland gets an underhook and turns him. Now Po has his back to the cage.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.#TD#
Rowland wants the takedown. Po is fighting it off but Rowland persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Po's guard against the cage.#SUB#
Rowland drops back looking for a submission - "I'm sorry sir, but I'm gunna break your leg" says Rowland as he cranks on the unfortunate limb! Po screams and taps out before any major damage is done! Don't mess with Rowland! Nice submission victory there!
