Eater connects with a right hand. Piroozshad shakes it off.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Piroozshad has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
Eater fails to land with a series of punches.
Eater slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Piroozshad misses the shot to the body.
Decent striking displayed by Eater there.
Piroozshad ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Eater moves away.
Piroozshad throws a leg kick but Eater moved away.
Piroozshad throws a wild body kick that Eater sees coming a mile off.
Eater connects with the punch.
Piroozshad ducks right into an uppercut from Eater.

Eater digs a good hook to Piroozshad's body.

Eater drops a shoulder and throws a monster hook that connects perfectly to the side of Piroozshad's head, knocking him out cold! Eater is extatic as he celebrates with his cornermen.

After the fight, Bugger Eater was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.

Del Rio lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Nice body punch from Del Rio.
Del Rio fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Piroozshad manages to avoid it.
Del Rio scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Piroozshad needs to keep his hands up - Del Rio had a free shot at his head there.
A jab from Del Rio does it's job there.
Del Rio swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Piroozshad.
Piroozshad takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Del Rio scores with a hook to the body. Piroozshad takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.

Piroozshad knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Del Rio on the ground.

Piroozshad looking to improve position, pressing down on Del Rio's thigh with his hand. Del Rio seems to be working to lock up a guilotine though... is Piroozshad paying attention? Apparently not! He's locked it up tight! Piroozshad's face has turned purple! Will he tap? Will he! YES! He's tapped! Del Rio picked his opening and made it count! Great finish!

A less than humble Matt Del Rio misjudged his post fight interview somewhat and came across a little too arrogant whilst trying to hype up his own abilities.
