Texas feints and then cracks Penda's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Penda down.

and Texas counters with a nice kick to the body.
Good leg kick by Texas there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Texas thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Penda if he has to take too many more of those.

The ref is looking closely - Penda is covering up but the punishment is just too much and the ref steps in to stop the fight! Penda is staring into space, just thankful that the beatdown has ended. Brutal finish.

Nice sprawl there from Aoki as Penda shoots in.
Penda tries to clinch but Aoki is having none of it.

Penda is looking to stand back up... there's a bit of a scramble and Aoki dives into side control.
