Howitzer pushes Diaz against the cage. Howitzer is working some dirty boxing. Howitzer pushes off with a quick right hook! Diaz goes down! Diaz tries to stand but stumbles back to his kness! Howitzer moves in to finish and the ref steps in to prevent any more damage!

A punch combination from Robbins misses.
Diaz throws out a counter right but Robbins avoids it with no problem.
Diaz throws a wild body kick that Robbins sees coming a mile off.
Robbins shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Diaz eats them both and turns towards Robbins to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.#CUT#
It looks like Nate Diaz has been cut.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Diaz has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
Robbins circles and sees the opportunity to plant his feet and throw a really nice straight left hand that drops Diaz to the canvas! Diaz doesn't know where he is but he's trying to survive - Robbins keeps piling on the pressure and forces the referee to step in! This one is aaaaaall over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:19 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Marty Robbins!
After the fight, Marty Robbins was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.

Dunn shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Dunn showed some decent athleticism there.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Diaz is looking for a sweep. Dunn is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Dunn looks to score some points with some ground and pound.
Dunn is looking to take a break and control but Diaz is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Dunn is thwarting Diaz's attempts to control the position.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Dunn lands a big elbow - Diaz is out of it! He's waving his arms around but his eyes are closed and he's not intelligently defending himself - the ref has no choice but to jump in and stop the fight! This one is in the books! A TKO win for Dunn!

During a confident post fight interview, Alastair Dunn thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.

Davis listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut.
Diaz takes a head kick and keeps coming.
Diaz shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Davis pinned against the cage. Davis gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Davis has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Davis scores with the left hand. Diaz knows he should have avoided that one.
Davis looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Davis scores with a one two! Diaz had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
Davis swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Davis throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Davis fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
It looked like Diaz wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

and Diaz counters with a takedown into side control! That could mean trouble for Davis!
Davis tries to wriggle free to get back to his feet but he's given up his back! Oops.
Davis really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Diaz. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.#T1##SUB#
Diaz has his arm under Davis's chin here. Game over son! Diaz squeezes tightly and Davis is forced to tap out!

Diaz has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Cage should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Diaz has tightened it up now! Cage should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
