Rutledge controls Gun momentarily but Gun frees himself.
Gun's corner is telling him to maintain position.
Gun is working Rutledge over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.
Rutledge can't keep his opponent in guard - Gun advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
Rutledge really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Rutledge is trying to control but can't.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Gun looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Isaac Rutledge.
