Chan has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by Izumi.
Izumi fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.

Chan tries to score a power double leg takedown but Izumi sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Chan somewhat.#TD#
Izumi fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Chan to the ground. Izumi is now in Chan's guard.
Chan wants to get back to his feet but Izumi passes into half guard.

Chan ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Silva moves away.
As Chan looks to move away, Silva throws a big counter combo but Chan just gets out of the way.
Silva throws a lazy right hand but Chan sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Chan ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Nice sprawl there from Silva as Chan shoots in.#TD#
A momentary lapse in concentration from Chan enables Silva to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Chan manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.#ES2#
Chan is edging up against the cage. He's using the cage to get back to his feet. Nice work there - the fighters are clinched.
Nice body punch from Silva - that landed with a thud.

and Silva counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Chan is lucky that one didn't land flush.
