Hughes throws a lazy uppercut
and Van counters with a nice kick to the body.
An inside leg kick lands from Van .
Some wild striking there from Hughes.
Van went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected.
Van works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
A looping hook to the body misses from Van . Hughes does a little dance to reset his feet.
Van lands a really nice looking cross but Hughes seems unphased.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Van throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Van shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Hughes eats them both and turns towards Van to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.#ROC#

Takada throws out a powerful jab.
Hughes lands a jab-cross combination.
No luck for Hughes with that takedown attempt.
Takada has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Hellfire Antechamber in the buildup to the fight.
Hughes throws an off balance right hand
and Takada counters with a nice uppercut.

Hughes closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Moors's guard.
Hughes throws a big elbow that misses. #SUB2#
Moors escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Hughes gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. #SUB2#
Moors has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Hughes should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Moors has tightened it up now! Hughes should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
