Rick keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Nice sprawl there from Cyborg as Rick shoots in.
Rick shoots in looking for a takedown. Cyborg tries to sprawl out of it but Rick keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Cyborg manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

and Cyborg counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.#CUT#
It looks like Little Rick has been cut.
Cris Cyborg has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Little Rick.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Rick closes this distance looking for a takedown but Cyborg circles away.

BOOM! Cyborg lands a beautiful left hook that drops Rick. Rick tries to recover but Cyborg is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and Rick lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!

A relieved looking Cris Cyborg thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.

Morales tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Cyborg manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Cyborg let fly with a counter punch to the body but it didn't land.
Morales looks to land a combination but Cyborg avoids it well.
Morales misses with a double jab
enabling Cyborg to counter with a crisp jab.
Cyborg walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Morales scores with the left hand. Cyborg knows he should have avoided that one.
Morales is looking to clinch.
Cyborg now looks to counter with a shot at the body.
Morales throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
Cyborg scores with a hook to the body. Morales takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Crunch! Morales slams his shin into Cyborg's torso.

This has been an exciting period of action!

We've been told by Morales's head coaches at Demon's Elite Gym that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Morales throws a sloppy head kick and Cyborg moves out of range easily.
Cyborg throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Morales will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Cyborg looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
Morales misses the jab.
Chico Morales seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Morales takes a swing at Cyborg's ribcage but misses.
Morales lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Cyborg circles away quickly and effectively.
A nice side step and Cyborg releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home.#T2#

Morales is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Cyborg bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Morales's head.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Morales circles to his right before unloading a perfect head kick! Cyborg drops to the canvas, hurt badly! Morales follows Cyborg to the ground and unloads with a series of strikes that force the referee to step in and end the fight! This one is all over!

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Cyborg can do anything to dispel that myth.

Will he stop it?? One more big shot from Bush and the ref steps in to end the fight! Bush can't hide his delight as he celebrates with his corner.

Bush is controlling this nicely and is looking to make no mistakes. Cyborg is trying to wiggle out of this horrible position. Cyborg flips to his side and attempts to get a leg in for half guard. Bush anticipates the leg and manages to get behind Cyborg and secures both hooks! This could be bad! Bush slips an arm under Cyborg chin and tries to position for a rear naked choke. Bush has worked the choke in now and it looks tight. Bush is squeezing on Cyborg like an anaconda would it's prey. Cyborg fails to tap and has fallen unconscious! We've got ourselves a winner by way of a rear naked choke!

Bush takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.

Cyborg gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Bush to score an easy takedown into full guard.

Cyborg is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Bush looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Cyborg with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Bush is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount!
Bush lands a big shot there that rocks Cyborg but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
Cyborg is bucking up trying to escape but Bush cracks him with another couple of good strikes.
Bush has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Cyborg's face.
