This TWGC bout is 1 fifteen minute round in the welterweight division. Introducing today's competitors. In the red corner, competing out of New York, with a TWGC record of 6 wins and 1 losses; Shinichi Onizuka! And in the blue corner, fighting out of Montreal, with a TWGC record of 2 wins and 1 losses; Arthur Halo!
The judges for this bout are Percy O'Donnell, Frank Antenori and Jack Bonds.


The official calls the fighters to the middle and the contest is under way.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Onizuka enables Halo to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Onizuka manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.

Onizuka has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Halo doesn't defend quickly enough and Onizuka has managed to lock this one up! Can Halo escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Onizuka on a fantastic submission victory.
