The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Destrit tries to clinch up.
Tournament swung with a counter punch to the body but it didn't connect.
A big right from Tournament misses.
A jab from Tournament misses.
Destrit will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Destrit moves in looking to clinch but Tournament pushes him off.
Tournament stuffs the takedown attempt from Destrit. Destrit gets slowly back to his feet.
Destrit shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Tournament as he jumps to the side.
New Tournament has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of MIck Destrit.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Destrit tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Tournament paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Destrit gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.

It looks like MIck Destrit has been cut.
Destrit looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Tournament is fending him off so far but Destrit persists. Nope, Tournament circles away and we're back to standing.

Tournament takes a swing at Destrit's ribcage but misses.
Tournament blocks a head kick by Destrit.
Tournament throwing a counter right hand but Destrit manages to avoid it.
Tournament scores with a jab to the body.
Tournament lands an uppercut out of nowhere! Destrit falls backwards - clearly groggy! Tournament dives in and finishes the fight with more strikes for a TKO finish!
