Dirk looking for a takedown here - he's got it.
Motts not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Dirk passes Motts's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
Dirk is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Motts doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Dirk.
Motts tries to roll over but Dirk keeps him under control.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Motts is looking to regain full guard. He's left an arm up in the air though and Dirk has latched onto it... Big trouble! Dirk pivots for an armbar - it's in tight and it Motts is tapping in no time flat! Great counter grappling there from Dirk!
