Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Aumakua Mano (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John Doe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mano comes into the arena with I'm Angry by Surf Nazis Must Die blaring out of the sound system. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

John Doe dominated that round.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.


Doe's corner calls for a 1-2. Doe obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Doe uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Mano.

Doe is looking to take a break and control but Mano is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Mano tries to clinch but Doe moves out of range.
Doe uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Mano.
Mano fails in his attempt to clinch.
Mano shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Doe but Doe pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Mano moves into the clinch.
Doe throws an elbow but it misses.
Mano wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Doe has him pressed against the cage.
Doe tries to stall but Mano uses the opportunity to gain a better position.
The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Doe takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.

Doe has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Mano is trying to keep an underhook but Doe manages to get the takedown into half guard.
Doe has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
Doe tries to control but Mano wriggling away.
