The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Thirdleg throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Gomez's waist but Gomez gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Thirdleg off to one side.
Gomez drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Thirdleg defends it well.

That was a close round but I would say that Gumby Thirdleg will probably get the nod.
