The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wiik shoots for a takedown but Tramps saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Wiik fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Tramps throws a low kick, looking for Wiik's leg but Wiik calmly moves out of range.

Pimpis Tramps has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Egil Wiik.

Wiik gets caught napping as Tramps dives in and scores a takedown. Wiik manages to retain guard.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Tramps is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Wiik has managed to free his arm - good work.
Wiik really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Tramps. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Tramps keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action.

Tramps is working for a kimura but Wiik is defending it quite comfortably.
Wiik has a hand on Tramps's thigh, trying to get back to full guard. Tramps takes advantage of the position though and mounts him!

Tramps working to secure an arm triangle but it's not happening for him just yet.
Tramps prevents Wiik from getting the reversal.

Tramps jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Wiik manages to avoid the submission attempt.
Tramps will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Tramps throws some shoulder strikes here and then postures up. Oh, he's gone for an armbar! Wiik has his hands clasped together but Tramps breaks the hold and Wiik is forced to tap! This one is aaaaaaaaaaall over! That was lightning fast by Tramps!
