The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
silva throws a head kick that misses.
silva throws a series of punches but Sawyer moves out of range.
silva looks to land a combination. Sawyer sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
silva's corner calls for a 1,2 combination and silva duly obliges.
Sawyer takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Sawyer shoots in but no luck this time.
Sawyer fails miserably with a takedown attempt.

Sawyer tries to free his leg and advance position but silva is retaining full guard.

He's looking for a kimura. silva seems comfortable defending it but Sawyer has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! silva is real pain and he's forced to tap out! silva is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Sawyer couldn't care less - he's delighted!
