Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Paulo Tocha (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bumpy Knucks (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The key to victory for Paulo Tocha has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Knucks shoots in but Tocha avoids the takedown attempt easily.

and Knucks counters with a head kick. That will keep Tocha thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks!

Knucks is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.

Knucks is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Tocha swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Knucks is now in Tocha's guard. A big mistake from Tocha there, giving up the dominant position!

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

Tocha had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Knucks is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Tocha Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Knucks's back instead.

Knucks turns into Tocha and is now in his guard.

Tocha jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Knucks walks away with a smile on his face. Tocha gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

Knucks wants to get up but he can't break Tocha's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.

Knucks tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Knucks has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Tocha closes the distance and clinches up with Knucks, looking for a takedown. Tocha pushes Knucks against the ropes but Knucks circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Tocha isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Knucks stacks Tocha on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Knucks!

Well Knucks has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
