The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bot slips a jab and a cross from Loveridge.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.
Bot lands with a nice combination. Loveridge backs away looking to recover.

It looks like Hamlet Loveridge has been cut.

Loveridge with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Bot to score with a decent uppercut.

Bot throws a hook to the side of Loveridge's head but Loveridge sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
It seemed like Loveridge was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

and Bot counters with a leg kick then a big left hand that sends Loveridge down! Bot is looking to finish but Loveridge is intelligently defending himself.

Bot drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Bot jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Loveridge seems to have recovered his senses.

Bot thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.

Bot drops back for a leg here. A bit of a high risk move... He's looking for a kneebar by the looks of things. Now both of them are looking for submissions. Bot seems to have locked his on tight now - Loveridge screams in pain and taps out furiously! It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for Bot, as he picks up the win!
