The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rivas misses with a looping right.

Fury moves in looking to clinch but Rivas pushes him off.

Fury clinches up with Rivas and pushes him back against the cage.

Rivas throws a punch but it's blocked by Fury.

Fury jumps guard and drags Rivas to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.
Rivas slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.

Fury escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Rivas gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Fury is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Rivas is aware though and is defending well.

Rivas avoids a guillotine attempt easily.

Fury is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Rivas defends well.

Fury is looking to cinch up a triangle. Rivas throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Fury's body to avoid the submission. Fury has instead reached around Rivas's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Fury arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
