A little jabbing left from Petrov on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Jones seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.

Jones fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Petrov, pushing him back against the cage.

The fight stays on the outside here - Petrov looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

and Petrov counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Jones thinking.
Jones shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Petrov eats them both and turns towards Jones to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.

It looks like Fedor Petrov has been cut.
Petrov takes a swing at Jones's ribcage but misses.

Nice takedown defense from Petrov. No joy for Jones on that attempt.
Petrov throws a right hand that Jones ducks under and follows up with a left that Jones also avoids with ease.

and Petrov counters with a crisp one two that drops Jones! Petrov thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Jones to his feet! Jones is in big trouble!
