The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

and Wall counters with a three punch combo that has Patrol backing up. Patrol nods at Wall to acknowledge the strikes.
Wall swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Patrol counters with a flying knee. Nice.
Patrol fails with a takedown attempt.
Wall lands a slapping body shot.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Wall paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.

This entire fight has taken place on the feet so far and you wonder whether Patrol might be better served trying to take this one to the ground because he's losing the standup battle so far.

Wall will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

A jab from Wall finds it's way through Patrol's defenses.
Patrol tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Wall manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Patrol shoots for a double leg takedown but Wall sprawls well. He's pushed Patrol's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Wall lands a two punch combo.
Patrol looks like he's developed a pretty tasty lump over his left eye. He'll need to avoid taking much more damage to that.
