Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kirthap Molovic (ranked 4720 p4p, 0 weight class) and Back Door (ranked 6451 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Back Door!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Molovic shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Door as he avoids it easily.
Molovic sets himself, and Door steps forward looking for the clinch! Molovic avoids it this time.
A clash of legs there as Molovic blocks the low kick.

Molovic pushes Door up against the cage in a clinch.
Door keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Molovic's efforts to push away.
A frustrated look appears on Molovic's face as he tries to break the clinch.
Molovic is trying to push Door away but Door has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
Door gets underhooks to prevent Molovic's takedown attempt.
Molovic throws an elbow but it's blocked.

Door breaks from the clinch.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Molovic does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.

Door gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.

Door pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Molovic bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Molovic shoots in looking for a takedown. Door tries to sprawl out of it but Molovic keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Door manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Kirthap Molovic. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Door scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.

It looks like Kirthap Molovic has been cut.
Molovic shoots in for a double leg but Door sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Door lands a big right hand and follows it up with an uppercut. Oh and another big punch and a knee - Molovic can't take much more of this! Another big shot to the jaw from Door and Molovic drops to the floor. Beaten and bloodied - he had enough there. A vicious beatdown by Door.
