Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Fan Boi (ranked 3735 p4p, 400 weight class) and Perry Cox (ranked 3226 p4p, 368 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cox attempts a low kick but it misses it's target.

Boi shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Cox manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

He throws another strike to the back of the head straight away though and the referee has seen enough. He breaks up the two fighters and stands them back up. Boi gets a real talking to here and is lucky not to get a point deducted. Boi apologises and we restart here on the feet.
Cox is looking to land body kicks.

Cox walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Boi checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.

Boi has hold of Cox's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Cox manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
