Vidal comes to the cage accompanied by Scarface OST - The world is yours. Jorge Vidal could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Jesse Kotkaniemi's chin.

With a record of 7 - 5 - 0, fighting out of New York, Jesse Kotkaniemi!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Kotkaniemi drives through and clinches with Vidal against the cage.
Vidal is trying to break free.

Kotkaniemi turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Kotkaniemi manages to end up in side control.
Kotkaniemi misses with the ground and pound.
Kotkaniemi cracks Vidal with a big right hand but Vidal just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.
Kotkaniemi postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Vidal is looking to slip a leg under and get half guard but Kotkaniemi is one step ahead and moves to full mount!
Kotkaniemi sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment.
Vidal is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
Kotkaniemi lands a couple of good shots and Vidal has given up his back, trying to escape the position!
Kotkaniemi lands a shot to the body.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Kotkaniemi is working the ground and pound here and the referee is taking a close look at Vidal. He must escape soon or this one will be stopped.
Kotkaniemi lands with a couple of good shots - one to the side of the head and one questionable shot that could be viewed as to the back of the head but the referee lets it go.

Kotkaniemi has Vidal flattened out and is raining down punches.

Vidal is rocked!
Kotkaniemi lands strikes to the head.
Oh Vidal is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Kotkaniemi is riding his opponent, not letting Vidal buck him off.
Kotkaniemi lands with a big left hand that may well have hurt his opponent. Can Vidal hold on?!
Kotkaniemi lands a good shot there. Vidal covers up! Kotkaniemi smells blood and goes for the finish - the referee warns Vidal to improve his position but he's not intelligently defending himself and the referee has no choice but to step in and end the fight! Kotkaniemi jumps to his feet and celebrates the important win with his cornermen!
