Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between frankie fraser (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chuck Shamrock (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Shamrock has chosen Thunder strike as his entrance music. The key to victory for frankie fraser has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
fraser tries to bum rush Shamrock with a series of wild strikes but Shamrock uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
fraser throws a right and a left that Shamrock avoids nicely.
fraser will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
fraser throws a nice looking combination but Shamrock bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
fraser misses with a double jab.
Shamrock keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from fraser.
fraser shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Shamrock but Shamrock pushes him off and we're back to square one.

fraser gets caught flat footed, as Shamrock shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.

fraser is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
Shamrock slips nicely into half guard.

Shamrock is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. fraser doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Shamrock.

Shamrock escapes and gets back to his feet.
Shamrock avoids a punch combination nicely.
fraser misses with a takedown

Shamrock is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.

Shamrock gets to his feet. fraser looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!

Shamrock looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for fraser!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Shamrock is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but fraser is surviving well by controlling Shamrock's body position as best he can.

fraser is bucking up trying to escape but Shamrock cracks him with another couple of good strikes.
You get the feeling that fraser really doesn't like being in this position too much.
Shamrock takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Shamrock stands up from the dominant position, so we're back on the feet.
fraser misses with a double jab

and Shamrock counters with a nice double leg into half guard.

Shamrock goes for a cartwheel guard pass here but fraser does a handstand and catches Shamrock in mid air with a triangle! Could it be? It is! It's the triple decker pecker wrecker! The fighters land on the ground with fraser on top - Shamrock is already out from the submission! fraser gives Shamrock's pecker the obligatory post submission twist and this one is aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaall over! Are you kidding me! That is world class Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. That guy is my hero!
