These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Grove misses with a two punch combination.
Grove looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Smith will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

and Smith counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Grove throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Smith counters with a series of strikes. Grove will be more careful next time no doubt.
Smith rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Grove moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Smith connects with a high kick.
Smith plants his feet and lands a nice head kick!

Grove is rocked!
Smith lands a hook that stumbles Grove back into the cage. Smith follows up with a straight and another hook that land right on the button, dropping Grove to the canvas! Smith pounces and lands several unanswered shots - Grove has had enough and taps out! This one is all over!
