The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kimbors walks into a straight right hand from Owen.

Kimbors shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
Owen definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Kimbors keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action.

Kimbors decides to return to a standing position.
Kimbors fails with the takedown.
Owen displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Kimbors.
Owen thinks about countering with a head kick.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

A decent looking body kick lands there for Owen.
Owen lands a glancing blow to the side of Kimbors's head.

Kimbors drops his hands momentarily and Owen needs no second invitation. He sets himself and throws a perfect high kick, that clips Kimbors just on the top of the head. Kimbors drops like a sack of potatoes to the canvas, out cold! Oooooooh yeah! Stick a fork in Kimbors - he's done!

Jay Owen tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
