The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Marley shoots in but Bender avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Marley tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Bender swivels and escapes.
Marley misses with a straight left.

Marley is trying desperately to land a takedown but Bender is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Marley.

Marley is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Both these guys seem content to just stand up and trade with eachother but Marley might want to think about changing up his gameplan a bit because over the course of the fight, Bender has got the better of the exchanges.

Marley shoots for a double leg takedown but Bender sprawls well. He's pushed Marley's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
