The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Grill throws a hook but Dassler avoids it easily.
Grill slips a jab from Dassler.
Nice sprawl there from Grill as Dassler shoots in.
Dassler closes the distance and clinches up with Grill, looking for a takedown. Dassler pushes Grill against the cage but Grill circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Grill works Dassler's body with a nice hook.
Grill misses with an uppercut. Dassler saw that one coming.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Dassler shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Grill defends it nicely.

Bob Grill seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Grill looks to land a right hand but Dassler moved out of range.
Grill fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Dassler.
