The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brooks misses with a wild body shot.
Harrison shoots in but Brooks avoids the takedown attempt easily.

Harrison looks to land a combination but Brooks avoids it well.
Harrison fails with a takedown attempt from distance.

Brooks changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Harrison tries to avoid it but Brooks manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Harrison to the ground. Harrison escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Brooks's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Harrison really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Brooks is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Harrison shoots in looking for a takedown. Brooks tries to sprawl out of it but Harrison keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Brooks manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Brooks does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.

Well Brooks has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
