Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Levi Jones!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, richard head!
The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Tiny Johnson and Chris Downing.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jones tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Jones slips a jab and a cross from head.
Jones is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by head.
Jones lands a with a good body shot.
richard head seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
head closes this distance looking for a takedown but Jones circles away.

head shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than head was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Jones tries to hold on but head pushes him away.
Jones is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Jones is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.
Jones is wriggling around trying to escape.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Jones slips a leg in and gets back to half guard.
head is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position.
head prevents Jones from improving his position.
head is pressing down on Jones's thigh, looking to free his foot. Jones is holding on for now.

head is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.

head throws some sloppy strikes off his back.

Jones blocks the strikes from head.

Jones is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! head is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!
