Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Udo Dirkschneider!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are James Ackerman, James Glass and Chris Edwards.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dirkschneider throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Daizoff drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Dirkschneider defends it well.
Dirkschneider lands with a kick to the temple. Daizoff shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
It looks like Terris Daizoff has been cut.
Dirkschneider shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Daizoff is trying to defend but Dirkschneider finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
