Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dio rushes Kirov and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Dio gets underhooks to prevent Kirov's takedown attempt.
Dio presses Kirov against the cage and delivers a mid-strength body shot.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Dio creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
Dio turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Dio manages to end up in side control.
Kirov struggling a bit here.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Kirov is working to avoid the ground and pound but Dio connects with a decent elbow.

Dio tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Dio has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Dio takes a little break here. Kirov wants to take advantage but he is being controlled well.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Kirov is trying to control Dio's posture but Dio avoids it.
The referee asks Dio politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Dio prefers to stall for the moment though.

Kirov takes a couple of big shots there - the referee warns him that he has to defend himself better.
Dio is putting a hurting on Kirov here, landing some big shots from side control.

A big strike lands for Dio! That's really hurt Kirov and he's turned his back - Dio keeps firing away and the ref dives in to stop the fight! Dio jumps to his feet to celebrate the victory!
