Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Emilbek Uulu Mambetaly (ranked 3859 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bruno Larrosa (ranked 6581 p4p, 0 weight class). Mambetaly has a slight injury, which hopefully won't affect the fight too much. Bruno Larrosa will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Larrosa lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.

Larrosa tries to close the distance and clinch but Mambetaly swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Larrosa is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

That was a close round but I would say that Emilbek Uulu Mambetaly will probably get the nod.

Larrosa lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Mambetaly misses with a takedown attempt - Larrosa sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
As Mambetaly backs off Larrosa throws a huge counter combo but Mambetaly manages to avoid it all.
