The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Heidegger looks to land a right hand but Bennett moved out of range.
Heidegger tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Bennett was well out of range. Poor timing from Heidegger.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Heidegger lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Bennett has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Bennett and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Bennett avoids a low kick by using good footwork.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Heidegger, as that shot connected.

Heidegger fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Bennett is out of range.

That kick from Heidegger tenderised Bennett's leg. Bennett is trying to keep his angry face on.
Bennett lands with an uppercut that bounces Heidegger off the ropes and back into range.
Bennett connects with a crisp jab.
Heidegger paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
This has been an exciting period of action!
A looping hook to the body misses from Bennett. Heidegger does a little dance to reset his feet.
Bennett takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Heidegger throws a series of punches but Bennett avoids them all with ease.

Heidegger buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Heidegger throws out a leg kick but Bennett moves out of range and Heidegger only half commits.
Bennett jabs Heidegger to the body, keeping him at a distance.

Heidegger lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
Heidegger throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body.

Heidegger lands a front kick to the face, that drops Bennett to the canvas! Is he dazed or just shocked? He's back to his feet and the referee is going to allow him to continue the fight!
Heidegger connects with a quick right hand that sends Bennett tumbling backwards onto the canvas! As his head bounces into the ropes, it doesn't look good for him beating the count! 3,4,5,6,7 and he's up! No, he's back down again! This one is all over - the referee has called off the fight!
