The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Khoramov pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Bridges appears to be looking for a big counter.

and Bridges counters with a two punch combo.
Khoramov throws a head kick but Bridges moves out of range.
It looked like Bridges was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.

Bridges has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Khoramov is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.

Bridges's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Khoramov is working an open guard so Bridges takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.

Bridges throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Khoramov was covering up waiting for the punch and Bridges finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Bridges is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
Bridges seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Khoramov for as long as he can get away with.

Bridges closes the distance and pushes Khoramov back into the cage.

Khoramov throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Khoramov scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.

Bridges shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Khoramov is trying to defend but Bridges finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
Bridges will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Bridges maintaining the dominant position here and is working for a kimura. He's locked it up! Khoramov could be in real trouble here! He's trying to wriggle out but Bridges has cracked it and Khoramov is screaming in pain - he's tapped out! Great finish by Bridges!
