Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Andrei Voronov (ranked 2508 p4p, 317 weight class) and Kalle Kossu (ranked 1105 p4p, 155 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Voronov might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Noize Mc - Make Destroy . These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 5 - 0, fighting out of London, Andrei Voronov!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Kalle Kossu!
The judges for this bout are Illya Tyunina, Valeri Chadov and Viktor Lagutenko.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A telegraphed right hand from Kossu misses the target.
Voronov misses with a head kick.
Kossu is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Voronov.
Kossu rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Voronov cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

It looks like Kalle Kossu has been cut.
Voronov keeps Kossu at a distance using the push kick.
Kossu throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Voronov sees it coming and avoids it easily.
An attempted straight right counter from Voronov misses the target.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Kossu crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Voronov - the referee stops the clock and Kossu gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Voronov. Kossu manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

Voronov blocks a jab.
Voronov uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Kossu.

Voronov forces Kossu back against the cage and clinches.
Kossu goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Kossu swings wildly with an uppercut but Voronov uses good head movement to avoid it.
Kossu is working Voronov over against the cage.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Kossu struggles to land a body shot inside as Voronov controls his hands.
We've been informed that Kossu has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.
Kossu takes a knee right on the jaw!

Voronov drops Kossu with a big knee straight up the middle! Kossu is covering up against the cage but manages to escape and gets back to his feet!

Kossu is rocked!

Kossu misses the jab.
Kossu is still on wobbly legs! Can Voronov finish him?
Voronov seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.
Voronov slips a jab from Kossu.
Kossu seems to have recovered his senses.

Kossu on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Voronov avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Kossu uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Voronov.

and Voronov counters with a huge left! Kossu is in big trouble! He's backing up but Voronov isn't giving him chance to recover. Under a barage of punches the ref has to step in to save Kossu from any more damage. A dominating finish by Voronov!

A less than humble Andrei Voronov misjudged his post fight interview somewhat and came across a little too arrogant whilst trying to hype up his own abilities.
