And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 8 - 1, fighting out of New York, Motu Te Tai!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Dolaev drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.

Dolaev is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Te Tai's shoulder. That is not cool.

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.
Dolaev tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Te Tai manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Dolaev keeps the fight on the outside.
Dolaev tries to counter with a takedown but Te Tai is quick to defend against it.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Motu Te Tai showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Well Te Tai has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
