Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Golden Sage Lll (ranked 5592 p4p, 404 weight class) and Anthony Johnson (ranked 7196 p4p, 454 weight class). Sage Lll comes to the cage accompanied by Welcome to the jungle. Johnson comes into a darkened arena with his song building. suge kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sage Lll looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
We've been hearing reports that Sage Lll has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Sage Lll.
Johnson is looking for the big counter here.

Sage Lll gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Johnson to score an easy takedown into full guard.

Sage Lll has managed to wall walk up one of the corner posts to get back to his feet. Johnson is pushing him up against the cage, looking to control the position.
Sage Lll has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Johnson avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Golden Sage Lll. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Sage Lll is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Johnson to keep the fight standing.

Johnson turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Johnson manages to end up in side control.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Johnson winds up and cracks Sage Lll with a swinging punch to the side of the head.

Johnson looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Sage Lll with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Johnson controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
Sage Lll could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

Sage Lll is looking to cinch up a triangle. Johnson throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Sage Lll's body to avoid the submission. Sage Lll has instead reached around Johnson's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Sage Lll arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.

Golden Sage Lll made sure to give a little speech post fight, saying 'I was prepared to kill this man, he got lucky tonight'.
