The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jr moves to clinch but McGregor breaks away
letting McGregor counter with a right hand.
Jr tries to clinch there but McGregor circles away.
Jr has a takedown stuffed.
Jr tries to score a power double leg takedown but McGregor sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Jr somewhat.
A head kick misses from Jr.
McGregor defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Jr.
Donner McGregor has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jr Jr.
McGregor comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Jr fails with an attempt to clinch.
McGregor scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.

McGregor rushes Jr and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Jr has McGregor pressed against the cage, preventing McGregor from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
McGregor wants to break free but Jr has control.

McGregor lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by McGregor.

It looks like Jr Jr has been cut.
Jr takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Jr takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.
McGregor throws a monster overhand right that drops Jr! McGregor follows up with more strikes from mount and the fight is all over!
