The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice body punch from Bapp.
Bapp definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Bapp throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Jospin uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Bapp.

Jospin takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.

It looks like Henri Jospin has been cut.
Bapp looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.

and Jospin counters with a big head kick but Bapp shrugs it off.
Bapp fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Jospin looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Bapp scores with a nice strike.
Bapp clobbers Jospin with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Bapp looks to throw the jab but Jospin is out of range.
Bapp throws a hook to the side of Jospin's head but Jospin sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Bapp misses the shot to the body.
Bapp moves forwards but Jospin connects with a nice, crisp jab.

Jospin takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
A low kick from Jospin is predictable there
and Bapp counters with a nice uppercut.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Jospin drops his hands momentarily and Bapp takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.

That has opened up Henri Jospin's cut even more.
Jospin takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Bapp connects with a nice looking jab.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.
Jospin is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.

Bapp really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Bapp is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Jospin.

Bapp connects with a good right hand that stumbles Jospin. Jospin circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Bapp throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Jospin is clearly looking to counter with head kicks.
Bapp is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.
Bapp swings and misses with a hook to the body.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Bapp crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Jospin - the referee stops the clock and Bapp gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Jospin. Bapp manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

Bapp takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Henri Jospin's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.

Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Bapp, as that shot connected.

and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.

enabling Jospin to counter with a crisp jab.
A telegraphed right hand from Bapp misses the target.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Henri Jospin's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
