The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tequesas looks to land a combination but Takenao avoids it well.
Takenao takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.
A cross from Tequesas lands.
Tequesas misses with a two punch combination.
Tequesas stuffs the takedown attempt from Takenao. Takenao gets slowly back to his feet.
Tequesas lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.

Tequesas will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Tequesas sets himself, and Takenao steps forward looking for the clinch! Tequesas avoids it this time.

and Takenao decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Tequesas's guard.

Takenao wants to take a breather but Tequesas is having none of it.
