The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jones loads up on a big right hand but Quinn slips the punch.
Jones takes a swing at Quinn's ribcage but misses.
Quinn shoots in and drives through. Jones sprawls well.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Quinn.
Quinn keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Quinn fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Sean Jones has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Demarcus Quinn.
Jones throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Quinn drops down looking for an ankle pick but Jones pulls his leg out and moves away.
Jones looks to score with a jab to the body but Quinn is just out of range.

Quinn shoots in and bounces Jones off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Quinn looks gassed!

Quinn pushes down on Jones's leg and manages to get into half guard.

Quinn is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

Jones trying to hold on to Quinn's head to control him but Quinn postures up.

Quinn is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Quinn wants to lay and pray for a moment but Jones keeps working.
Quinn tries to pass the half guard into mount. Jones knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
Quinn is tying to control. Jones wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

Quinn looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Jones on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Jones tries to get out of the position.
Jones is trying to maintain the position but Quinn is very close to passing his half guard.

Quinn is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
Jones is trying to control but can't.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fight is doing enough on the ground.
Jones misses the shot to the body.

Jones swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Quinn misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Quinn tries for a takedown but Jones sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Quinn takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Jones throws a lazy right hand but Quinn sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Jones throws a looping overhand right but Quinn ducks down to avoid it.
Jones keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Quinn staying out of range there.
Jones is looking to wear down Quinn with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.
Quinn will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Quinn fails to land the takedown.
Quinn fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Quinn throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Jones's waist but Jones gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Quinn off to one side.
The fighters circling - Jones throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Quinn closes the distance and clinches up with Jones, looking for a takedown. Quinn pushes Jones against the cage but Jones circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Sean Jones is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Quinn slips under a jab from Jones.
Quinn looks for a takedown but Jones sprawls well.
Jones cracks Quinn on the jaw with a powerful right hand and Quinn falls backwards against the cage. Jones follows up with more strikes that drop Quinn to his knees. Jones keeps the pressure on and the referee jumps in to save Quinn! This one is all over!
