Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Phillip Haba (ranked 906 p4p, 130 weight class) and Freddie Money (ranked 2034 p4p, 262 weight class). Money is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Eric B. & Rakim - Paid In Full . Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 2 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Freddie Money!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A looping hook to the body misses from Money. Haba does a little dance to reset his feet.
Haba definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Haba lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Money backs up against the cage.

It looks like Freddie Money has been cut.
Money throws a series of punches but Haba avoids them all with ease.
Haba throwing a counter right hand but Money manages to avoid it.
A left lands for Money.
Haba looks to land a right hand but Money moved out of range.
Haba pushing out the jab but it's not landing.

Haba misses with an uppercut
and Money connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
A telegraphed right hand from Money misses the target.
Money avoids the body shot from Haba.
A little jabbing left from Money on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Money jabs. That one connects to the head of his opponent.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Money fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Haba looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Money fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Money lands with a good body shot.
Money drops his hands momentarily and Haba takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Money feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Habas jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Haba swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Haba misses with a looping left.

That's one minute gone in the round.
No joy there for Haba, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Haba ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Money throws a right hand that Haba ducks under and follows up with a left that Haba also avoids with ease.
Money lands a slapping body shot.
Haba scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
A big left from Money misses.
A quick step to the side and Haba tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect.
Money throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Haba.
Money misses with a two punch combination.
Haba lands a nice shot that snaps Money's head back.
Both fighters circle each other, looking for something big. Haba moves in and throws an overhand right. That hurt Money! Haba continues to tee off on Money, landing with a left and a right! Haba connects with a right hand that leaves Money sleeping against the cage! What a finish by Haba!
