Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 8 - 6 - 0, fighting out of New York, Beytullah Olgertpeposhi!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Logan Trilly!
The judges for this bout are Arvi Lind, Anni Minnemäki and Johanna Lukiainen.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Olgertpeposhi tries to clinch but Trilly is having none of it.

Olgertpeposhi drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
Trilly is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Trilly throws a couple of shots from the bottom but they don't land.
Olgertpeposhi postures up in Trilly's guard and throws a big left but Trilly blocks it.
Trilly is pulling down on Olgertpeposhi's head. It's preventing any offense from Olgertpeposhi, at least for the moment.
Trilly wants to sweep but no luck.
Olgertpeposhi missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Trilly bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Olgertpeposhi's guard.

Trilly wants to control from the top but Olgertpeposhi keeps moving.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Olgertpeposhi working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Trilly doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Trilly manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Trilly has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Olgertpeposhi is proving hard to escape from.

Olgertpeposhi working away from the bottom but not quite defensive enough there because Trilly has passed into half guard!

Trilly seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Olgertpeposhi does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Olgertpeposhi is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Trilly pulls his head out easily.
Olgertpeposhi on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Olgertpeposhi tries to get out of the position.
The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Trilly lands a nice short elbow.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

Olgertpeposhi looking to work for a kimura from the bottom.
Trilly perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.
Trilly is trying to control. Olgertpeposhi wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
Trilly passes the guard and advances to mount!
Trilly scoring with some good ground and pound from mount here. Will he manage to finish Olgertpeposhi?
Olgertpeposhi is squirming around, avoiding Trilly's attempts to control the action.
Olgertpeposhi is looking to get to half guard.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Trilly working away from the top, dropping strikes.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Logan Trilly dominated that round.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.


Olgertpeposhi shoots in and drives through. Trilly sprawls well.
Trilly swats away the attempt to clinch by Olgertpeposhi.
Olgertpeposhi tries to clinch but Trilly moves out of range.
Olgertpeposhi fails with an attempt to clinch.
Trilly slaps away a takedown attempt from Olgertpeposhi, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Trilly feints the counter takedown.
Olgertpeposhi looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
A telegraphed right hand from Olgertpeposhi misses the target.
Olgertpeposhi fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Trilly avoids it really well and circles away.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Beytullah Olgertpeposhi. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Trilly clinches.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Trilly gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Olgertpeposhi.

Trilly manages to break the clinch.

Trilly moves into the clinch.
Olgertpeposhi wants to break free but Trilly has control.

Trilly breaks the clinch.
Olgertpeposhi shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Trilly but Trilly pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Trilly forces Olgertpeposhi back against the cage and clinches.

Trilly escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Nice takedown defense from Trilly. No joy for Olgertpeposhi on that attempt.
Trilly pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Olgertpeposhi shoots for a double leg takedown but Trilly sprawls well. He's pushed Olgertpeposhi's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Olgertpeposhi throws a hook to the side of Trilly's head but Trilly sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Trilly throws out a counter right but Olgertpeposhi avoids it with no problem.

Trilly has closed the distance and engaged Olgertpeposhi in a clinch.

Trilly pulls Olgertpeposhi into guard.
Trilly has Olgertpeposhi pulled in close to control his posture.
Trilly wants to get back to his feet but Olgertpeposhi is in a dominant position and won't allow it.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Olgertpeposhi postures up.
Trilly is controlling Olgertpeposhi's posture.

Trilly is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Olgertpeposhi rolls with it to try and escape but Trilly cranks on the arm and Olgertpeposhi is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:30 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Logan Trilly!
Logan Trilly got down on his knees post fight and begged the management for a title shot. 'Please, I want that title shot so bad! Give it to me!'
