Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Brian Fantana (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Abidah Augustus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fantana's entrance music is You! Me! Dancing!. A fine choice. Brian Fantana is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fantana goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Augustus takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Augustus throws a body kick that misses.
Augustus pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Augustus looks for the body kick but Fantana saw that one coming.
Good leg kick by Fantana there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Fantana connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Augustus moves into range and lands a nice body kick.
Augustus throws a head kick but Fantana moves out of range.

Augustus changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Fantana tries to avoid it but Augustus manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Fantana to the ground. Fantana escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Augustus throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Fantana's waist but Fantana gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Augustus off to one side.

Augustus is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Fantana has managed to escape the submission attempt.
Augustus jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Fantana is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Fantana and Augustus has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Augustus is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Fantana is just riding it out for now. Augustus eventually gives up the hold.

Augustus is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Fantana defends it well.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Augustus is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Augustus is trying to work for a kimura. He's got his hands clasped together - this could be trouble! No, Fantana has managed to free his arm - good work.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Fantana is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Augustus lets go of the hold and Fantana can pop his arm back in it's socket.
